5 Games that Lost us the title

1. Arsenal 2-3 West Brom

Arsenal had an immaculate home record. They didnt lose many games at home. At least until this one. Arsenal forgot to play and as a result found themselves 3-0. This was also down to the pure hilarity of Almunia's goalkeeping. Nasri singlehandedly tried to get the Gunners back into the game but it was too little too late! The big problem with this game was that the previous strength of the Arsenal a home had disappeared.

2. Arsenal 2-3 Tottenham

Losing to spurs hurts. Losing to Spurs at home hurts very bad. Losing to spurs at home after leading 2-0 makes you want to jump in front of a speeding Gautrain. Arsenal played some of the best football seen in the first half and were just 45 minutes away from leading the premier league. That of course fell apart when Monkey boy Bale was given too much space and when Cesc tried to be a goalkeeper in the box. To top it all off Younes "I never score" Kaboul scored the winner and Arsenal had lost another home game

3. Wigan 2-2 Arsenal

Lets go to Wigan and banish the ghosts of last year was the cry! And what did we do? We invited said ghosts over for a beer. Wigan a goal down and a man down were poor the whole game, but of course the arsenal way is to help a wounded soldier and as such scored the equaliser for Wigan through Squillaci. 2 massive points dropped at one of the worst teams in England

4. Newcastle 4-4 Arsenal

You knew it was coming. Arsenal showed in this game their best and their worst in the space of 90 minutes. Fat boy Dowd played his part in the result, but Arsenal should never have thrown it away after leading 4-0. 2 penalties and a goal that Tiote will never score again meant that the Gunners became the first team in history to give up a 4 goal lead!

5. Arsenal 1-1 Liverpool

The day that Arsenal finally were out of the title race. Going 1-0 up with the latest goal in premier league history and still not winning is something this Arsenal team are very capable of. Arsenal of old would have shut up shop but this Arsenal panic in ways that surprise very few now.

Its been a hell of a ride this year, which ultimately left us with nothing, but hell, I'd rather be a Gooner than a Spud!

i think he is a good coach but he always miss one important thing-how to defend hard earned goals, and stop being over the moon because he made it to champ/league, give us EPL, FA,or CARLING CUP first,to me cham/league is becoming too much for him.

I cannot agree with ALL the negative comments being spouted against AW. However i feel that he aught to get a new defensive coach and also get a new sports psychologist--the name of Mr.Jeremy Snape springs to mind.I feel our present psychologist has not been effective.

i think we are feeling this way because the invincible had such a high standard that we want the current team to be at
all the manure fans knows that the would never get the 1999 team that won a treble
we now we have a current squad if playing good will beat Barca and manure withteh youngest squad this season
